On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest including the statutory benefits, the implementation, effect and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the 5th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha in Land Acquisition Case No.2/2018 be stayed till disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the said amount within eight weeks, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. Civil Application is disposed of.
