Though the said application is filed, learned counsel Shri H.D.Marathe for the appellant/VIDC submits that principle amount was already deposited before Reference Court, as ordered by this Court (Coram : Smt.Anuja Prabhudessai, J.) on 4.3.2021.

Insofar as interest part is concerned, the appellant has deposited Rs.3,09,642/-, as the said can be seen from office note.
