DATED : 09th AUGUST, 2024 The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents / State makes a statement, that the proceedings under Section 28(A)(i) of the Land Acquisition Act by the petitioner shall be decided within a period of four months from today.

Mr. Gaikwad, learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that the same takes care of his grievance regarding non-passing of the additional / revised Award in terms of Section 28(A) of the Land Acquisition Act, after conducting an enquiry as provided by Section 28(A)(2) of the Land Acquisition Act.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of in view of the above statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents / State.

The parties shall appear before the concerned Land Acquisition Officer on 13th August 2024 at 11:00 AM.
