DATED : 11-03-2020 Perused the order dated 07-2-2020 (Coram : V.M. Deshpande, J.) and the order dated 21-2-2020 (Coram : Rohit B. Deo, J.) in Criminal Applications (BA) 64/2020 and 81/2020 respectively.

The applicant has also deposited the entire loan with interest and the co-operative bank has issued no due certificate dated 04-3-2020. On the ground of parity, the applicant is entitled to bail.

The application is allowed.

The applicant shall be released on bail in connection with Crime 788/2019 registered with Police Station Buldhana City, Buldhana for offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount.

The applicant is directed to attend Police Station Buldhana City, Buldhana once in a week i.e. on every Sunday from 3-00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. till filing of the charge-sheet.

After filing of the charge-sheet, the applicant is directed to attend the Police Station once in three months from 3-00 p.m. to 5-00 p.m.
