By this application, it is prayed that the delay in preferring the review application be condoned. The reasons for cause of delay are mentioned in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the application.

The learned Counsel for respondent No.2 opposes the aforesaid prayer on the ground that the reasons mentioned are not sufficient. Considering the reasons mentioned in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the application which appear to be acceptable, the delay is condoned. The Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. M ISC.
