The learned Advocate for the applicant / appellant states that the copy of memorandum of appeal will also be supplied to be served on the non-applicants alongwith this application.

C.A.F. NO.2953/2017 Considering the facts of the case, it is directed that the execution of impugned award shall stand stayed until further orders, however, on condition that the

2 caf2952.17 appellant deposits the entire amount as per the impugned award with the Registry of this Court till 19th June, 2018. If the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, the interim order shall cease to operate from 20th June, 2018 and the claimants will be at liberty to proceed with the execution. The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.
