This application is filed by the respondents seeking modification of the judgment passed by this Court in First Appeal No.499/2014 on 31st January, 2015. The respondents pray that the amount of compensation deposited with the Registry of this Court be transferred to the accounts of the respondents details of which are given in paragraph No.5 of this application. The application is not opposed on behalf of the appellant.

Considering the averments made in the application and as the prayer made on behalf of the respondents is reasonable, the Registry is directed to transfer the amount deposited by the appellant alongwith interest, if
