The appellants have sought extension of time to deposit the decretal amount. By order dated 21st November, 2019, this Court had stayed execution and implementation of the impugned judgment in view of the statement made that the entire amount would be deposited within twelve weeks.

Time extended to deposit the amount by eight days. In the event, the appellants fail to deposit the amount, the interim relief granted shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. 3.

The civil application stands disposed of.
