The grievance of the Petitioner is that the order passed by the Education Officer (Secondary) is not being complied with. If that be the grievance, it is a matter of administrative discipline. We entrust the responsibility upon the Deputy Director of Education to look into the grievances of the Petitioner and take necessary action. The Deputy Director will go through the Petition and the order dated 23 September 2021 and take necessary steps at the earliest.
