Criminal Application (APPR) No.35/2018 1.
This is an application for permission to deposit Rs.10,000/- towards litigation expenses.

This Court on 6.7.2017 directed the applicant to deposit Rs.10,000/- with the Registry of this Court within a period of three weeks. That amount was ordered to be deposited towards litigation expenses. The applicant failed to deposit the said amount. However, he has moved this application and sought permission to deposit the amount of Rs.10,000/- with the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today.

Learned counsel Shri U.J. Deshpande for the nonapplicant has no objection. 4.
On deposit of such amount of Rs.10,000/-, the non- .....2/-
applicant is permitted to withdraw the said amount since it is towards litigation expenses.

The criminal application is allowed and disposed of. However, put up this matter on 12.2.2018 for compliance depositing the amount of Rs.10,000/-.
CRIMINAL REVISION APPLICATION NO.203/2017 1.
Both learned counsel for the applicant and non-applicant submit that looking to the nature of dispute, the matter can be resolved through a Mediator.

Both learned counsel for the parties suggest a name of Advocate Shri A.V. Bhide to act as an Mediator. 3.
As such, Advocate Shri A.V. Bhide is appointed to act as Mediator.

The parties are directed to appear before learned Mediator on 15.2.2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Mediation Centre at High Court Bar Association at Nagpur.
5.
Learned Mediator shall mediate the matter and shall submit mediation report within a period of four weeks from the first appearance of the parties before him.
6.
Put up this matter on 12.3.2018.
