It is a matter of record that the learned Senior Advocate engaged by her, is no more.

Shri R.E. Moharir, learned counsel has accordingly requested the respondents to verify the position. He makes a statement that a responsible officer went to the residence of the petitioner and learnt that she has expired about three years back.
