Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

The applicant apprehends his arrest in Crime No.719/2020 registered with Nandura Police Station, District-Buldana for offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In short, it is the case of the prosecution that on 22.12.2020 at about 7.00 pm, the applicant and other accused asked the informant not to go in the field as the field does not belong to the informant. They also told the informant that the house in which the informant is residing along with her mother and sisters did not belong to them. Other accused persons assaulted the sister and mother of the informant with iron rod and snatched the son of informant's sister by name Parth. Accused Parmeshwar and Ramlal caught hold of the informant and accused Ninaji Dose administered poison to the informant by sitting on her chest and threats of

2 aba80.21 killing were given by the accused.

On 15.2.2021, the applicant was given interim protection and was asked to attend the Police Station and cooperate in the investigation. The applicant has attended the Police Station and cooperated in the investigation.

The learned APP makes a statement that the charge-sheet is already filed in the present matter on 18.3.2021.

In that view, the custody of the applicant is not necessary and, therefore, interim order dated 15.2.2021 is made absolute. The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses and/or tamper with the prosecution evidence.

Criminal application stands disposed of.
