The application seeks corrections of the date and the name of the respondent No.3 at appropriate places as indicated therein.

Considering the nature of the application and the clarification sought, the application is allowed. The mention of the petitioner No.3 in para 2 be deleted and it be replaced with the "respondent No.3"; the date 10.06.2022 in para 3 be deleted and it be replaced with the date "11.03.2019" and the word "petitioner" in the first line of para 4 be deleted and it be replaced with the words "respondent No.3".

The corrections be carried out accordingly and the corrected order be uploaded.

The civil application stands disposed of.
