In view of the submission of the Education Officer and the Management that by and under the order dated 12.9.2017, the petitioner is entitled to the benefits from 1.3.1999 till 31.5.2013, and therefore, the grievance of the petitioner that she is entitled to benefits from 1.2.1997 can not be the subject matter of this contempt petition, the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner Smt. S.W. Deshapnde, does not press the contempt petition. Smt. S.W. Deshapnde, the learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner be granted liberty to institute appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum in respect of the claim which is not covered by the

cp56of18inwp1347of01.odt 2 order of the Hon'ble High Court. If the petitioner is entitled in law to lodge such claim, she is free to do so and it would not be necessary to grant liberty in this proceeding. The contempt petition is disposed of.
