By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of the condition.

The condition imposed was that the applicant shall not enter into the vicinity of Yadav Lane, Maharana Pratap Chouk, Shukravarpeth, Washim till the culmination of the trial. The said condition is imposed by this Court considering the apprehension of tampering of the witnesses. One of the victims in the said crime is a teenager, and there is apprehension of tampering of the witnesses. At this stage, it is not a fit case to cancel the condition imposed on the present applicant.
