By this application, the applicants are seeking relaxation of condition.

While releasing the applicants on bail, it was directed that they shall attend the concerned police station once in a week on Monday between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigating agency. 3.

Now, the investigation is already completed, and charge-sheet is filed therefore, their further attendance at Police Station is not required.

In view of that, the application is allowed, and the condition that they shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a week on Monday between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. is hereby cancelled.

The Criminal Application (APPP) No. 243 of 2025 is disposed of.
