At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to amend the prayer clause by substituting the words ' First Appeal No.482/2012' to 'First Appeal No.488/2012'. Leave granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

The appellant has sought transfer of the amount of Rs.9,65,413/- with proportionate interest accrued thereon from First Appeal No.1089/2015 to First Appeal No.488/2012. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that an amount of Rs.9,65,413/- was wrongly and inadvertently deposited in First Appeal No.1089/2015. He seeks transfer of the said amount in this proceedings.

In the light of the statement made and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is granted. An amount of Rs.9,65,413/- along with proportionate interest accrued

2/2 thereon be transferred from First Appeal No.1089/2015 to First Appeal No.488/2012.
