The appellant had undertaken before this Court to deposit the entire amount of compensation and the time for making such payment was subsequently extended. Accordingly, the appellant has deposited the amount as stated in the office report dated 11.09.2017. Since the entire amount has been deposited by the appellant in this Court, Civil Application No.1530 of 2017 is allowed and there shall be stay of the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and order. The application stands disposed of.
