DATE : 08th JUNE, 2022 This is an application seeking restoration of Civil Revision Application No. 28/2014, which stood dismissed for want of prosecution on 05/01/2018.

It appears that the restoration application was moved within less than one month of 05/01/2018. It appears that hearing of the Civil Revision Application could not be attended to due to inadvertence on the part of the counsel appearing the revision applicant.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and Civil Revision Application is directed to be restored.

List the Civil Revision Application for further consideration on 13/07/2022.

It appears that the respondent No.2 is not before this Court, while respondent Nos.1 and 3 have appeared through counsel. Hence, issue fresh notice to the respondent No.2 in Civil Revision Application No. 28/2014, returnable on 13/07/2022.
