This application for permission to withdraw the amount is filed by the respondent no.1/original claimant. He has drawn my attention to the order dated 16.10.2024 passed in Civil Application (CAF) No.2830/2024 in First Appeal No.254/2022, where the entire principal amount of compensation without interest was allowed to be withdrawn by this Court. He submits that the present matter is also arising out of the same notification and therefore, similar order may be passed. In view of the aforesaid, the respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw principal amount of compensation without interest subject to furnishing usual undertaking.
