2] These are the applications for condonation of delay of 1246 days caused in filing application for restoration of First Appeal, and for restoration of the First Appeal.

3] It is stated that the Appeal came to be dismissed in default against respondent Nos.1 and 2 vide order dated 06/09/2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) for not furnishing copies for issuing notice to the said respondents.

4] Considering the reasons as stated in para 4, 5 and 6 of the applications, the same are allowed. Delay of 1246 days caused in filing the application
