This application is filed by the persons who had filed complaint before the Divisional Commissioner on the basis of which action is taken against the present petitioner. Shri M.V. Samarth, advocate for the petitioner relying on the judgment given in the case of Ravi Yashwant Bhoir vs. Collector, reported in (2012) 4 SCC 407 opposed the application. The applicants are members of the Gram Panchayat of which the petitioner was Sarpanch.

Considering the facts on record and the proposition laid down in the above referred judgment the applicants are permitted to participate in the proceedings as intervenors, however, the prayer for getting themselves impleaded as respondents is rejected. The Civil Application is partly allowed in the above terms.

List the petition on 13th July, 2016.
