DATE : 02.07.2015 Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties. The applicant was arrested in May, 2014 and since then he is in jail. Looking to the evidence shown before me by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it appears that there is no direct evidence but the evidence in the form of circumstantial evidence is available, which is likely to be tampered with. I think the following order would subserve the interest of justice.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.96/2015 is rejected. (ii) The trial is expedited and shall be completed within a period of four months from today.
