The applicants are convicted for offence punishable under section 397 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and are awarded sentence of rigorous imprisonment for 7 years.

Considering the accusations and the criminal antecedents of the applicants, I am not inclined to suspend the sentence.

It would be appropriate to finally hear the appeal since the R & P is received.

The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to place on record copies of the depositions and such documents as would be relied on during the course of hearing.

Paper book is dispensed with.
