Necessary compliance has already been made. The order of this Court dated 23rd March 2017 directing th applicant to hand over SIM Cards and inform his mobile number to the Investigating Officer has been complied with by the applicant.

There are no criminal antecedents at the credit of the applicant. In the circumstances, I am inclined to allow this application.

Application is allowed. Interim bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 9th February 2017 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with the modification of condition regarding attendance and now, it is directed that the applicant shall attend Police Station as and when required.

Application is disposed of.
