The applicants are arrested on the report filed by the complainant (prosecutrix), for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(h), 376-D and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is on the record that there are civil disputes in respect of agricultural land, between the complainant and the applicants. The age of the complainant is 24 years. The charge-sheet is filed. The applicants have stated that they are not involved in any crime earlier. The nonapplicant has not controverted the statement made on behalf of the applicants. The non-applicant has not been able to show that custody of the applicants is required for further investigation. In view of the facts on record, I am satisfied that the applicants are entitled to be

Hence, the following order :

i) The applicants having been arrested in Crime No.242/2015 registered by the non-applicant, they be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- each and one solvent surety each in the like amount.
