Mr. Rao, learned APP opposes the same.

Mr. Gharpure, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3, 4, 5, 7 & 8 is absent. Respondent No. 6 is served, however none appears.

Considering the quantum of delay and the fact that it was between the Covid lock-down and accepting the reasons given, the delay is hereby condoned. Criminal Application (APPA) No. 146 /2021 is allowed.
