JUNE 11, 2025 The contempt petition is of the year 2015 and was listed only once, i.e., on 1/4/2015. The remark of the Registry indicates that the Counsel appearing for the petitioners has expired. The notice issued to the petitioners for engagement of another Counsel has been not served on petitioner no.1 as he has left the address. The notice issued to petitioner no.2 is served. 2] Despite such status, none appears for the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the petition.

3] The petition is accordingly dismissed as not prosecuted.
