The Petitioner has challenged the auction notice dated 27 January 2022. When the matter was called out in the morning session, it was put to the Petitioner, since the Petitioner is invoking writ jurisdiction of this Court, to show bona fides by depositing at least a substantial amount, considering that the proceedings have been initiated as far back as in 2007. 2.

The learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is unable to deposit the amount and that the Petitioner has a remedy of challenging the auction and the Petitioner Lanjewar
