Looking to the accusations made in the FIR, this Court is of the view that even notice is not to be given to the State and on the basis of the FIR itself, the application can be decided.

After hearing Mr. Sirpurkar, learned counsel for the applicant for quite some time, when this Court was about to dismiss the present application, the learned counsel submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application. Permission is granted as prayed for.
