The appeal is filed challenging the order of Reference Court whereby the compensation of land has been enhanced. 2.

In view of the reasons for delay in filing the appeal, I am of the opinion that the delay needs to be condoned. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The delay in filing First Appeal is hereby condoned. Registry is directed to register the First Appeal.

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks six weeks' time to deposit 50% of amount awarded by the Reference Court.

On his statement, interim relief in terms of prayer Clause (2) is granted for six weeks.
