This is an application for speaking to minutes of the judgment and order dated 16.01.2024. It is stated that in the operative part of the judgment i.e. in para No. 16 inadvertently appellant No. 4 is remained to be added in the order No. (vii). Therefore, appellant No. 4 is required to be added in order No. (vii) of para 16. 3.

In view of this, the application is allowed. The 'appellant Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6' be corrected as 'appellant Nos. 1 to 6' in order No. (vii) of para 16.

The civil application stands disposed of, accordingly.
