These are the applications for correction of the name of husband of appellant No.2 in appeal memo, application for withdrawal of amount and judgment & order dated 18.02.2022. It is stated that the name of husband of appellant No. 2 is wrongly mentioned as 'Domaji'. It is stated that the name of husband is 'Gulab'. It is stated that this mistake has occurred at the behest of the Advocate at the stage of filing the appeal. In order to substantiate the fact that the name of the husband is Gulab, the documents are

2 9.caf.19.2024 produced. The document No. 2 is the Adhar Card. In view of this, the applications are allowed.

The appellants are allowed to correct the name of the husband of appellant No.2 from 'Domaji' to 'Gulab' in the clause title of appeal memo and application for withdrawal of amount.

The correction in the name of husband of appellant No. 2 be carried out in the judgment and order dated 18.02.2022, accordingly.

The civil applications stand disposed of, accordingly.
