This petition is directed against the refusal of the Appellate Authority under the Maharashtra Money-Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014 (Act) to grant interim relief. The parties agree that the appeal can be disposed of in a time bound manner and till then the interim order passed by this Court can continue to operate.

With consent, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal finally on the next date of hearing. The interim order passed by this Court shall continue to operate till the disposal of the appeal.

It is made clear that no adjournment shall be granted for whatsoever reason.
