By this application, respondent no.1/claimant is seeking withdrawal of the amount of Rs.3,13,890/- deposited with this Court as well as amount of Rs.2,02,092/- deposited with Reference Court, by the appellant-VIDC. 3.

I have perused the contents in the application and the impugned judgment.

On due consideration, the claimant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the aforesaid amount with interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
