DATE : MARCH 24, 2015 Prayer is to permit the respondent No.1 to withdraw the amount of enhanced compensation that has been deposited by the appellant in this Court.

In the application it is stated that the respondent No.1 is a senior citizen and she has recently purchased residential flat. The application is opposed by the appellant on the ground that enhancement is granted by the Reference Court on a higher side. Considering the judgment of the Reference Court and reasons assigned in the application, respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.10,00,000/- that has been deposited by the appellant subject to furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
