Heard Advocate Deshpande for the petitioners and Advocate Abhyankar for respondent no.3.

Advocate Abhyankar is seeking time of two weeks to file reply.

We find that respondent nos.1 and 2 have acted as per resolution in changing the name of college run by petitioner no.1 - Educational Institution.

Effort of Advocate Shri Deshpande is to urge that college has been named after a person, who was unfit and against whom, in suo motu inquiry, some action was taken. We do not wish to go into any disputed questions in this jurisdiction. It appears that respondent nos.1 and 2 have acted as per the resolution. If the resolution is not by majority or then not by authorized group of trustees, the founder member has to make grievance in that respect before appropriate forum. Hence, leaving all rival contentions open, with said liberty to the petitioner no.2, we dispose of writ petition. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande
