Date : 1 st March, 2016 There is a statutory remedy of appeal available to the petitioner to challenge the order impugned. Hence, the petition is required to be dismissed on that ground only. Shri Jawade, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the possession of the petitioner be protected for a period of 15 days.

In view of above, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal before the appropriate forum and obtain appropriate orders from it. However, the possession of the petitioner shall not be disturbed till 15-3-2016.

With these observations, the petition is dismissed. Judge.
