By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the judgment and award dated 01/10/2022 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati in MACP No.236/2015.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award be stayed till final disposal of the appeal. 4.

The appellant is permitted to deposit the cheque of the amount of compensation.
