Appellants have already been deposited the principal amount in the reference Court.

On depositing the balance amount along with statutory benefits within ten weeks, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Amravati in LAC No. 289/2007 be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
