In view of the express order passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.22 of 2024 (Amitkumar Surendrakumar Jaiswal Vs. State of Maharashtra and another) on November 21, 2024, we are of the view that the petitioner is entitled for the benefit under the Government Resolution dated June 03, 2017.
