The Compromise Petition is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The Compromise Petition is duly signed by petitioner Nos.1 to 8 and respondent No.1 - Trust and their Counsels.

The petition, is therefore, disposed of in terms of the Compromise Petition (X).

It is made clear that any such compromise shall not be binding upon respondent Nos.4 to 8. 6.
