Criminal Application (APPP) 275/2021 In Criminal Application (APL) 898/2019:

This application is preferred for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased respondent Eknath Bajirao Hatwar who is the sole complainant in proceedings initiated under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant - accused submitted that the legal heirs have already approached the learned Magistrate seeking permission to continue the prosecution.

In this view of the matter, the application is allowed.

The legal heirs named in paragraph 3 be brought on record and notice be issued returnable in three weeks.
