In view of communication dated 7.11.2023, the respondent No.2 - Zilla Parishad, Akola communicated that petitioner is not eligible for Selection Grade Pay, therefore petitioner is withdrawing the petition.

In view of that, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

The amount of costs of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand only) paid by the petitioner be paid to the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers Association, Nagpur.
