DATE : 13/12/2022 C.A.F. No. 992/2022 Civil Application No.992/2022 seeks withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court, since the appeal has already been disposed of.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the appellant has tendered a pursis dated 13.12.2022 along with the calculations.

Mr. Nakshane, learned counsel for respondent No.1 on instructions makes a statement that the calculations are agreeable and acceptable to the respondent No.1/claimant.

An amount of Rs. 7,80,848/- was deposited in this Court as per the office note dated 19.6.2015. As per the calculations placed on record, the claimant is entitled to withdraw Rs. 6,14,761/-, which he is permitted to withdraw with accrued interest.

(2) 4caf992.22 The balance amount of Rs. 1,66,087/- with accrued interest be refunded to the appellant VIDC. The application is allowed in above term. No costs.
