We dispose of the petition, as the petitioner is already acquitted by the Aurangabad Bench in Criminal Appeal No.707 of 2018 vide judgment and order dated 13/02/2025.

We have perused the complaint preferred by the petitioner on 15/01/2025 to the Jail Superintendent, Amravati.

Said complaint is too vague to be investigated. However, in case, if the petitioner comes out with a fresh complaint with detailed allegations, we expect the Jail Superintendent to respond to the same within a reasonable period.
