By this application, the appellants are seeking condonation of delay which is caused in filing restoration application for restoring the First Appeal St. 14172/2022. The Registrar (J) has dismissed the appeal as the office objections are not removed by the appellants. As per the contention of the appellants, the conditional order was not floated inadvertently by the advocate of the appellants and therefore, the appeal is dismissed. Therefore, delay of 25 day is caused. The order of the Registrar (J) also not noted by the appellants.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 25 days is condoned. Civil application is allowed. rkn
