Considering the fact that, some amount has been deposited in the Reference Court and some in this Court, it would be proper to direct the Reference Court and Registry of this Court to pay amount to the claimant/legal representative of respondent No.1 along with accrued interest thereon.

It is clarified that an amount of Rs.92,960/- is deposited in the Reference Court and will be paid to the claimant/legal representatives of respondent No.1 along with accrued interest thereon on usual undertaking. C.L. Dhakate

Registry of this Court is directed to pay remaining amount along with accrued interest thereon to the legal representative of the respondent No.1 with one solvent surety in the like amount.
