It is the grievance of the petitioner that the order passed in Writ Petition No.5026/2018 on 11.12.2019 is disobeyed by the respondent.

The learned AGP pointed out the order dated 24.2.2020 by which the proposal of the petitioner is rejected. It is further pointed out that the said rejection is challenged by the petitioner in Writ Petition No.1768/2020.

In view of compliance of order, we dispose of the contempt petition. Needless to mention that all the contentions of the petitioner on merit are kept open. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande
