DATED : 09-07-2025 Applicant/respondent No.1A-III, legal heir of respondent No.1, has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the extent of his share lying in this Court, for which the learned Advocate for the appellant has no objection as the other respondents have already withdrawn their shares.

Considering the reasons stated in the application as well as the no objection given by the learned Advocate for the appellant, the application is allowed as prayed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of his share, along with accrued interest thereon.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount, along with the interest accrued thereon, to the account of applicant/respondent No. 1A-III within four weeks, upon the applicant furnishing his bank account details.
